My nearly 25 years of professional experience in multinational and large corporate environments has been shaped across diverse industrial and construction settings, where operational efficiency, process safety, and the minimisation of employee risks are fundamental requirements. Throughout my career, I spent five years in a senior leadership role as a EHS Manager,responsible for the operation and continuous development of complex, large scale occupational health and safety management systems.
My professional background has been built consciously and progressively. I began my studies as an environmental and water management technician, and later continued my education in the fields of environmental engineering, EHS, and occupational safety at an advanced professional level.
Working in multinational environments, I have consistently operated within Lean based organisational cultures, where safety and environmental protection are integral parts of everyday operations. I strongly believe that occupational safety does not function effectively through hierarchies, but through shared responsibility,where everyone contributes as an equal member of the team. A safety management system works best when individuals clearly understand their own roles and responsibilites, and how their actions contribute to the company’s success through safe operations.
