The Data Controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the applicable Hungarian legislation.

Personal data processed:
full name;
email address;
telephone number, if voluntarily provided by the visitor;
information provided in the message;
declaration acknowledging that the Privacy Policy has been read.
The contact form does not collect IP addresses or browser identification (User Agent) data.
Purpose of processing: to receive, respond to and process enquiries and, where applicable, to communicate with the visitor in connection with a request for quotation or the use of our services.
Legal basis for processing: where the purpose of the enquiry is to request a quotation or to take steps prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. For other enquiries, depending on their nature, the legal basis is the data subject's consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
Providing a name and email address is necessary for us to identify and respond to the enquiry. Providing a telephone number is optional.
The data submitted via the contact form are also stored in the website database using Elementor Pro and are forwarded to the Data Controller by email.
Retention period: personal data provided when contacting us are processed until the enquiry has been resolved or for as long as necessary for any related follow-up. If the enquiry results in the conclusion of a contract, subsequent processing is subject to the retention periods applicable to the contractual relationship and the relevant legal requirements.
We do not use personal data submitted through the contact form for newsletters or for direct marketing purposes unrelated to the enquiry.

The Data Processor processes personal data to the extent necessary to provide the service and perform its contractual obligations towards the Data Controller.
Smart Safety Solution Kft. applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against, among other things, unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, deletion, damage or loss.
When selecting these measures, we take into account the nature of the processing and the risks associated with the processing of personal data.
In accordance with the GDPR, data subjects have the right to:
request information about the processing of their personal data;
request access to personal data concerning them;
request the rectification of inaccurate personal data;
request the erasure of their personal data where the conditions specified by law are met;
request the restriction of processing;
exercise their right to data portability where the applicable conditions are met;
object to processing based on legitimate interests;
